In July, 2013, our company designed a 2000kW low noise containerized power station. We finally finished the assembly and test of the generator by the collaboration of staff after overcoming the technical difficulty.
This high-power low noise containerized power station is designed for Qinghai-Tibet Railway specially by Calsion.
1. We overcome the technical difficulty that the high-power diesel generator set is hard to reduce noise. Removable noise reduction structure is applied in the container body. The exhaust system uses multistage compound noise reduction structure. It can fully satisfied the noise requirements from customer.
2. To be rainproof, the joint of the container top exhaust port need sealed. The joint is easy to local heated because of the high-temperature and high-pressure caused by discharge smoke. And the joint is easy to crack after the rain then let the rain in. We use the vacuum flask double structure to avoid the local high heat.
3. In the air inlet, it is designed with shutters against suck-back. This is an invention patent of our company.
4. Fuel supply can be switchable between internal fuel tank and external fuel tank.
5. The maintenance door can support the daily maintenance and service enough.
